Shot by shot remake - Comparison

Our remake of the film went quite well although we missed out a couple of shots as they were not in our storyboard due to the storyboard being given to us by the teacher because our one had glitches and did not work.

Editing our film took us quite some time because this was the first time our group edited something like this and we were using final cut pro which we haven't used before, it took us time to figure out everything and get used to this software.

Our film is not entirely the same as the original because we had difficulty getting the timing right, also we were not able to get real props and we had to improvise. The voiceover is slightly off time as the original is quicker than our one.

The original is much more quicker and flows well whereas our one is slightly slower and the timings are slightly off, the editing in the original is precise whereas our one is not perfect it can do with a bit of work.

I think if we had a longer time period to do this work we would have done better or if we could do it again we would do it a lot better and make it very similar to the original.

Perfection was hard to meet but overall I think we did well considering it was our first time doing something like this.
